The present invention provides co-鈥媍rystals of glycopyrronium bromide with lactose.听The glycopyrronium bromide and lactose in the novel co-鈥媍rystals are present in a stoichiometric ratio of from about 1 :2 to 2: 1.听These are characterized by XRD and DSC.听Processes for prepg. the novel co-鈥媍rystals are also provided.听The co-鈥媍rystals are also disclosed for use as a medicament, in particular, for treatment of respiratory complaints, such as chronic pulmonary obstructive disease (COPD)鈥, bronchitis and asthma.听Pharmaceutical compns. comprising the co-鈥媍rystals as active ingredient are also presented.
